It is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage requirements/ limitations before your first visit. if you receive services from a provider who is not in your insurance plan network, the insurance plan may not cover your care, or pay at a lower level of benefits. In most cases, calling your insurance company directly to confirm network participation and or benefits is strongly recommended

BILLING
